My name is Sam. I am an Advanced Counsellor, CBT Therapist, EMDR Trauma Therapist, Supervisor, Trainer and Hypnotherapist, with over 16 years therapeutic experience, including working with the emergency services. My therapy uses a combination of tools allowing you the space and time to express and explore how you feel in a safe, secure confidential environment .
