At Inner Shine Play Therapy, I support children navigating anxiety, trauma, school difficulties, or exploring their neurodivergent identity. Based at The Changing Rooms Therapy and Well-being Centre on the beautiful Sudley Estate, and working peripatetically in schools, I provide safe, child-led spaces. Over 20 years of education experience combines with specialist play therapy and nature-based practice. I meet children exactly where they are, helping them process feelings through play and building the confidence to thrive.
As a Certified Play & Outdoor therapist, I specialise in an integrative model of play therapy and neuro-affirming support. Alongside creative tools like sandplay and art, I utilise Sudley Estate's therapeutic garden to bring the benefits of nature into my sessions. This unique bridge between clinical safety and the outdoors helps children regulate and heal.
