Everybody’s experiences and responses toward the unpredictability of life, differ greatly. Having a confidential space, that’s just yours, where you can focus on yourself, your life experiences, or your thoughts and feelings, can be incredibly transformative, provide a sense of relief, clarity, renewed optimism and hopefulness. I’m far from a ‘detached analytical cold figure’ in the room, but a person of warmth, an ‘old soul’ and ‘down to earth attitude’, whom respects individual uniqueness, circumstances and paths in life. I work with you to find the answers/solutions that you are looking for; not to analyse, or dictate to you.
I offer a place of refuge and connection. Whatever you bring, will be worked with sensitively, compassionately, and uniquely tailored to safely help you explore any felt trauma, distress or discomfort without you feeling completely overwhelmed, drawing upon a variety of therapeutic tools and strategies, where / if appropriate.
In person appointments are in Coventry only. Therapy, like life isn’t always comfortable. Some therapy sessions are more sombre and emotive, but often smiles, laughter and the odd profanity are not all unheard of. I am hopeful , together, you can gain understanding and discover what brings the healing and life fulfilment you desire and deserve.
