I know that choosing the right counsellor for you can sometimes feel difficult, and so I offer a free introductory so that you can check whether you feel we would work well together.
I am an integrative therapist, which means that I draw on different techniques and schools of thought to help you to overcome whatever it is you might be struggling with at the moment.
With every client I listen in a non-judgmental way, and help you to unravel the current situation or headspace that you find yourself in. We may choose to work with ‘here and now’ feelings or look back at memories from your past to uncover any old wounds that may still be causing issues in the present - whatever we decide would be most helpful.
