Hi, thank you for stopping by I’m Sammy I specialise in Anxiety ADHD, overthinking and depression. I'm a qualified integrative therapist, registered with the BACP, I have years of experience. I believe that you can heal yourself with someone walking by your side helping you to recognise your own strengths, weaknesses, boundaries, thought patterns and feelings in a private, nonjudgmental, confidential safe space for you to explore, learning coping mechanisms to regulate your emotions, and have a more understanding of self. You will never walk alone, together we will capture your healing journey as you become more self aware.
I draw on a range of therapeutic models such as person-centred (focusing on empathy and understanding), cognitive-behavioural (exploring thoughts and behaviours), and psychodynamic (looking at past experiences and how they shape the present). Being an integrated therapist, allows a more tailored approach to help with a wider range of issues.
I believe healing happens when you are met with empathy, respect, and genuine care. Many people come to therapy feeling unsure, overwhelmed, or uncertain about where to begin, and that is completely okay. You do not need to have the right words, a clear goal, or all the answers before starting. The healing journey is yours to process in your own time.
