Inner Citadel is a clinic and training institute founded by Dr Tanya Lecchi (HCPC Clinical Psychologist and Counselling Psychologist). Our mission is to offer evidence-based therapies to people interested in exploring their lived experience in depth, helping our clients manage their clinical symptoms while finding greater authenticity and fulfilment in their daily lives. We offer a safe, quiet and private space.
We work with adolescents, adults and older adults struggling with anxiety, depression, developmental trauma, eating disorders, OCD, PTSD, life crisis, relational difficulties and cultural identity dilemmas.
