I support children and teens who need steadier routines, better self-regulation and a kinder inner voice. My background blends psychology and education, so sessions feel calm, practical and hopeful. We turn insight into small weekly actions that improve focus, mood and motivation—at home and in school—so young people feel grounded (roots) and braver to grow (wings).
I offer psychology-based coaching, not psychotherapy. My 6-session Roots & Wings programme combines assessment, personalised goals, weekly tools and brief parent check-ins. Methods include strengths-based and coaching psychology; sessions available online or in person in Uckfield. English or Spanish.
