I provide a confidential, safe space for you to reflect on your goals and explore areas that you want to address to move forward in life in a more fulfilling way. Either you can come and see me in my consulting room in Langton Green, just outside of Tunbridge Wells, or you may prefer to access counselling with me via webcam, or a combination of the two.
I am experienced in dealing with anxiety and depression, which may be a product of unresolved issues in the past, or triggered by more recent experiences such as bereavement, change of career or relationship breakdown. Counselling provides an opportunity to talk and reflect on these issues. I offer a free initial consultation for us to consider a way forward
