| Français Hello! My goal is to help my clients through their life challenges and empower them to live a more fulfilled life. Anxiety, low mood... bereavement, relationship difficulties, trauma ... we all carry emotional bagage but sometimes, we need to find space and time to work through it so that we can free ourselves from the chains that are holding us back. As a therapist, I believe in kindness - a warm and compassionate ear - validation and no judgement. But I also believe that sometimes, my role is to challenge your perspective so that you can see those self defeating patterns and make the changes that you want to make for yourself.
I can give you a space to talk about your difficulties so that you can begin to understand why you are feeling that way and develop some resources to help you heal. Understanding your patterns, making links with your personal history and developing helpful coping tools is a powerful way to gain a sense of agency over your life.
If you would like to get a sense of me before committing, I offer a free initial phone call to give us a chance to check we can be a good fit. If you decide to go ahead, our first session will be an opportunity to get to know each other and decide whether and how we want to go ahead. The fee for my first session is £45 - further sessions are £65.
