I also draw upon other modalities, such as, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Transactional Analysis (TA), Existentialism and Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) depending on the unique needs of my clients. I focus on establishing a trusting relationship with my clients and working in a safe and ethical way prioritising my clients well-being.
