What I love most about my work is co-creating a therapeutic space that feels responsive, safe, and deeply attuned to each client’s unique needs. I bring a compassionate understanding of the wisdom of survival adaptations, whilst honouring the strength of the human spirit.
I integrate traditional psychotherapy with creative methods, relational and transpersonal perspectives, and somatic practices, weaving in cutting-edge interventions such as Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family System (IFS)-informed therapy, and Transforming Touch(R) —a profoundly gentle yet powerful form of touch therapy.
