In Toto Counselling offers a bespoke counselling service tailored specifically to match your needs. I have a rich wealth of experience with various presenting issues across all age groups. This allows me to individually tailor your counselling experience to suit your requirements and needs, whilst focusing on your well-being goals.
I prefer to work online as this allows more flexibility and freedom. This is done in a way that upholds confidentiality and privacy with complete respect for the client.
