As an Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist trained to Masters Level; I utilise my extensive skills set of Person Centred Practice, Life Story work, Gestalt Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing Therapy (CBT informed), combined with Transactional Analysis.
