Welcome, I'm Ilona and I'm a UKCP trainee psychotherapist in Advanced TA Training at the Berne Institute offering in-person psychotherapy. I work with people who are trying to understand themselves better—whether that’s navigating grief, neurodiversity, parenthood, difficulties with boundaries, or simply feeling disconnected. I offer psychotherapy grounded in Transactional Analysis, a way of thinking about human relationships that facilitates increased self-awareness, choice, and autonomy. My focus is on creating a supportive, open space where you can better understand yourself and move towards a more fulfilling way of being.
