I offer open-ended, psychodynamic therapy, supporting you to gently explore recurring patterns at your own pace. I aim to create a non-judgemental, non-pathologising space where your experiences are met with care, and where we can explore feelings of being stuck, unseen, or overwhelmed together.
I am experienced working with racial trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and life transitions. My approach is intersectional, queer-affirming, and informed by intercultural and systemic perspectives. I hold in mind how wider social and historical contexts can shape our inner worlds, while also centring resilience, connection, and your predisposition to heal
You are welcome to this space as you are, and where you are at. We move together not separately. We also co-create this space to be one of reflection, change and resilience. You are not alone in this process.
