Hello and welcome to my page. I am an experienced and accredited CBT therapist. As well as providing therapy for a wide variety of disorders, I specialise in treating different types of OCD and relationship anxiety. Many of the people I support are thoughtful, insightful, and deeply caring but find themselves caught in cycles that leave them feeling exhausted or disconnected.
We’ll work at a pace that feels manageable, helping you gradually step out of unhelpful patterns and move toward what matters most to you.
