I’m Iliana Stoyanova, MBACP, a psychotherapeutic counsellor specialising in ADHD, AuDHD and neurodivergent-affirmative counselling for adults and couples in London and online. I work with adults who are questioning neurodivergence, recently diagnosed or making sense of a diagnosis later in life. Common themes include masking, burnout, perfectionism, emotional regulation, relationships, identity and self-esteem. A significant part of my practice is with men, and I also have a particular interest in ADHD through perimenopause and menopause. My approach is relational and integrative, with curiosity about the patterns under the struggle
I bring specialised training and lived experience in ADHD, autism, AuDHD and neurodivergence. Alongside counselling, I studied design; my dissertation explored PAS 6463, Design for the Mind, and inclusive environments for divergent minds. I naturally look for patterns and connections, bringing together ideas from counselling, neurodiversity and design.
