I am a CBT and Psychodynamic Psychotherapist and I am passionate about supporting people so that no one has to face difficulties alone. My therapeutic approach is compassionate and personalised, taking into consideration each individual's unique needs and circumstances, including neurodiversity such as autism. My goal in therapy is to help clients identify their challenges and support them in exploring and addressing these issues with compassion. I pride on being non-judgemental and accepting of individuals from a wide range of backgrounds.
I’ve been working as a therapist for over 8 years in a variety of settings. I specialise in supporting individuals with anxiety, unwanted intrusive thoughts and eating disorders. I also have extensive experience working with autistic people facing changes—such as adjusting to new environments, managing relationships or navigating work-related challenges.
I understand that starting therapy can be daunting. Your initial consultation can give you a chance to ask any questions and to find out what cognitive behavioural or psychodynamic therapy can offer you. If you have any questions or would like to arrange an initial consultation, please contact me, and I will get back to you within 24 hours.
