I understand when you feel alone and isolated with no one to turn to. At times it feels difficult to share your worries with those closest to you for a variety of reasons, including fear of judgement and feeling that you might let someone down. I will work with you to unpack your concerns and worries with the aim of you finding an way through some of those troubles. My aim is to also ensure that you feel safe and your problems are held in confidence and that you experience being supported throughout the therapeutic journey.

I use integrative approaches in therapy with the aim of finding the best methodology to support the client. My main approach is humanistic, I feel that the relationship building and maintaining aids the work with the client, and it supports the client to respond positively to our working together.

My academic, professional, and personal achievements demonstrate an on-going commitment to social justice and equality of opportunity. I work with clients with a variety of life experiences that have left a negative impact on them. The work comprises of twelve sessions in total, with a review on the sixth session. During the early sessions, we will be building trust in the relationship and exploring your concerns. The middle sessions will be used for getting deep into the work and then an appropriate ending.
