DBT and Process Groups
Join our DBT and Process Group starting in early June 2025. This is a wonderful opportunity to enhance your skills, gain insights, and connect with others in a supportive environment. Our sessions will focus on developing coping strategies and emotional regulation techniques that can be beneficial in everyday life. This will be a rolling 12-week process, allowing for continuous growth and support. If you’re interested, please join the waiting list. The cost is £60 for 2 hours of meaningful support and learning.
