I have had counselling myself and I know how important it is to feel at ease when talking about the things that concern us. So, whether coming individually or as a couple I will try and make that first step towards getting help as easy as possible, offering a confidential service that is relaxed and non-judgmental in pleasant surroundings.
As an integrative counsellor I work with different therapeutic approaches, and working with you, will help you to find your own way through the issues that are causing concern and distress.
Bring whatever concerns you have, whether they be about relationship issues, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, loss and change, indeed any issues you wish to discuss, and I will do all that I can to make those first steps as easy as I can.
