Please be assured of a warm welcome, whatever your difficulties are: relationships, identity, anxiety, bereavement, trauma. I offer you a safe and non-judgemental space in which your voice can be heard, so that together we can see a way forward. I have been involved in self-development and creative insight my whole adult life, working in educational, artistic and psychotherapeutic contexts, and am a Member of UKCP (United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy). My practice is integrative, which means I draw on a broad range of therapeutic viewpoints, as is appropriate at any given time with any individual person.
My role is to work with you supportively, to create a caring, non-judgemental space. What is most important to me is to hear your story and value your experience. In understanding what brought you to where you are, your relationships and emotions, we can see a way forward and work towards positive change.
I know that taking that first step can difficult. Please be assured of a warm welcome, a comfy room, a cup of tea or coffee, and the time and space to understand and move forward. Making the initial contact is the first step to making a difference.
