I came to counselling late in life and bring years of life experiences as a result. I believe I have a natural empathy and understanding of my clients. Nothing shocks me and I never judge. I want my clients to reach their full potential in life, so whatever it is that is holding you back, let me help you unravel the tangle, in a safe, supportive environment. I offer private counselling based from my home office near Basingstoke in North Hampshire. I hold an Advanced Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling and Hypnotherapy and am an Accredited Member of the National Counselling Society (NCS). I offer counselling and Hypnotherapy.
I have been working with Cruse Bereavement for the past year supporting many people suffering from the horrors of grief and loss. It has been compounded by the isolation created by the Covid pandemic. The levels of anxiety have increased as a result. It has been so rewarding to walk the path together with my clients and see the changes in them.
The counselling and hypnotherapy I provide will allow you the space, time and opportunity to discuss in a confidential environment, anything that may be worrying, overwhelming, or simply holding you back from being the person you want to be. The therapies that I offer, can help you overcome any obstacles from your past that are impacting on your present.
