Taking the decision to seek therapy is daunting, but you're here because something is not right. Maybe you know what it is, maybe you're not sure. You may not be certain that you want to talk about it or it might be constantly at the front of your mind, but no-one's listening. As a person centred therapist, my goal is to try to understand exactly how you feel by really listening to you. Then together, we will try to help you explore and maybe unpick some of the issues that are causing you distress. We may not be able to change the world, but perhaps we can work out a way for you to navigate it in a more comfortable way.
I will offer you warmth, empathy and positive regard for who you are, and sometimes I may challenge you. We will only however go where you want to take us.
