Welcome to my page ! I am a highly experienced person-centred counsellor / psychotherapist working with a broad range of issues and clients (18+) in both private and corporate practice for 21 years. "A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step". This first step is a large and important one because it represents a commitment towards change and personal growth. I can facilitate and support you on your journey and movement towards change and a greater sense of connection with self, others and the world. I can help you get on track towards clarity and perspective and a healthier way of living.
I underwent my formal training at the University of Nottingham and was Educated in Person-centred Counselling Practice and Philosophy where I read a first class degree. I have extensive past experience working with BUPA, Samaritans, Age Concern and Nottingham City Council Counselling Service. Student and staff counsellor with Nottingham University.
I believe we all have the capacity to reach in and to cultivate our potential no matter how well hidden, dimly perceived or blocked it may currently seem to be.
