I’m a person-centred counsellor / psychotherapist with 21 years’ experience supporting adults (18+) across private and corporate settings. Taking that first step can feel daunting, but it’s also an act of courage. I offer a safe, supportive space to explore who you are, what you need, and where you want to go.

I trained at the University of Nottingham, earning a first-class degree in Person-Centred Counselling Practice and Philosophy. My experience includes roles with BUPA, Samaritans, Age Concern, Nottingham City Council Counselling Service, and as both a student and staff counsellor at the University of Nottingham.
