I’m a UKCP and BACP-registered Gestalt psychotherapist based near Ealing Broadway. I work with individual adults.
My approach is non-judgemental and collaborative. I focus on helping you gain awareness on what's going on for you by slowing things down, noticing what’s happening in the present moment, and exploring new perspectives that may emerge.
I've got a background in business, so I understand the stresses of the working world, but I’ve also worked with clients facing a wide range of challenges. These include anxiety, depression, relationship issues, feeling stuck or working through a life transition.
Change often begins when we slow down and pay attention to what's going on in the here and now. Instead of regretting the past or worrying about the future, we'll focus on what’s happening in your body as well as your thoughts. We’ll also notice patterns that show up between us, which can provide clues about how you relate to others.
Previously, I volunteered at the mental health charity CAPE, working with clients who live with complex mental health needs, including bipolar disorder, PTSD and EUPD.
