I want to help you help you travel the path from trauma to growth. I work from a person centred perspective but integrate other counselling methods. I have worked extensively with first responders and understand your needs.
With years of experience helping people through post traumatic stress, anxiety, depression I get you. I also specialise in sex and porn addictions, problematic sexual behaviours. I am also extremely sensitive to those partners who have have been betrayed through problematic sexual behaviours.
