I am an integrative Psychotherapist who uses various methods and theories from a range of modalities to tailor my style to the individual's needs. I feel that there is no ‘one size fits all’ approach to therapy and that each client must be worked with, in an individual manner. I am influenced by Person-Centred and Psychodynamic concepts in my work, as I like to get to the root cause of what is pertinent for the client at present, whilst always remembering that ‘the client is an expert in their own lives’.
I generally work with clients on loss and grief, as well as long term ethnicity work around trauma and cultural understanding (i.e. impact of childhood experiences). I believe that every person inherently possesses unique resources for personal growth, and I am here to support you on your journey towards this.
