I am an Integrative counsellor and psychotherapist working with couples and individuals. I draw from a range of different ways of working that fits your needs, including EMDR if you're experiencing PTSD. It can feel daunting approaching someone to talk to about the problems you are experiencing. At some point in our lives we all experience distressing events, difficult feelings or relationships and a little support at those times can go a long way. Whatever you’re experiencing, you don’t have to face it alone.
I work with a broad range of clients aged 18 and above from diverse backgrounds, cultures, and occupations facing a wide variety of issues. You may want short term therapy to work on a particular problem; or you may want a more long term approach to work through the patterns you have noticed in your relationships with others and how you feel about yourself.
It can be a relief to be able to talk openly in a confidential environment, knowing you will not be judged or pressurised, but listened to and understood by someone trained and experienced. Counselling and psychotherapy can help you to explore and express your thoughts, feelings and actions in a safe, supportive environment at a pace that’s right for you.
