As a person-centred, trauma-informed counsellor, I have four years of experience working with individuals experiencing anxiety, trauma, personal and professional relationship challenges and general mental health concerns. I am here to help you explore the threads of your experiences without judgement and only with compassion. I believe that one of the most basic human needs is being seen and being heard and I bring a heart-led and deeply compassionate approach to my counselling work. My own lived experiences have informed my practice, strengthened my empathy and guided me towards supporting others through their own experiences.
In-person counselling offers a grounded, confidential space where we can build a strong therapeutic relationship through presence, safety, and human connection.
Online counselling provides a flexible and accessible way to engage in therapy from the comfort of your own space. The counselling approach remains the same—offering warmth, empathy and presence.
I believe that healing happens through connection, understanding, and felt safety. My work is grounded in compassion and curiosity, recognising that each person’s story is complex, valid, and worthy of care. You do not need to arrive with answers, you only need to arrive as you are.
