I specialise in helping professionals understand these patterns and make meaningful, lasting changes using structured, evidence-based psychological therapy. All appointments are delivered securely online, offering flexible access to specialist psychological therapy across the UK.
I am a Consultant Clinical Psychologist with over 20 years’ experience across the NHS and specialist services, and hold an MSc in Psychological Approaches to Trauma. My work combines CBT and trauma-focused therapy with a focus on sustainable behavioural change in areas such as stress, health and daily functioning.
