I am an accredited Psychotherapist with over 25 years’ experience supporting adults and children from the age of 10. I work with a range of difficulties - anxiety, trauma, low mood, bereavement, stress and life transitions, and I also have training in EMDR.
Alongside the above, I run HT Counselling Services (HTC), offering two clear pathways to support your needs. HTC provides open-ended therapy with experienced qualified practitioners, and the Affordable Counselling Service offers lower-cost options. We work online nationwide online, with in-person sessions available in Worcestershire.
We offer a calm, non-judgemental and supportive space where you can feel heard and accepted. You’ll have time to think, explore and make sense of what’s going on for you. We offer a free 30-minute assessment and work with anxiety, depression, stress, relationships, bullying, low self-esteem, bereavement, loss and more.
Taking the first step can feel daunting, and we aim to make the process as supportive and straightforward as possible. We work to ensure you’re not left waiting and aim for sessions to begin within four weeks. Flexible appointments are available, including daytime, evenings and weekends, both online nationwide and face to face in Worcestershire.
