I first trained in a style of therapy called Transactional Analysis (TA) and my work comes from an ‘I’m Ok, You’re Ok’ place. TA believes this is the healthiest position about life. It means that I feel good about myself and that I feel good about you and your capacity to make the changes you want in your life. We're all out there, doing our best!
I understand that moments like this are not only difficult decisions in themselves, but the unknowing of what therapy may bring can be a daunting prospect. I get it, and that is absolutely ok.
