Hello! In some respects, because you're reading this, you’ve already made the biggest step. I understand starting therapy can be scary, but recognising you need some support is often the first step in the journey to become the best version of you.

I trained in a style of therapy called Transactional Analysis. My work comes from an ‘I’m Ok, You’re Ok’ place - I believe this is the healthiest position about life. It means that I feel good about myself and that I feel good about you, your competence and your capacity to make the changes you want in your life.
I appreciate moments like this are not only difficult decisions in themselves, but the unknowing of what therapy may bring can be a daunting prospect. I get it, and that is absolutely ok.
