Hi, I'm Hope and I am a qualified integrative counsellor. I use a range of different theories tailored to meet individual clients’ needs. Over the past 20+ years my previous careers include Teaching, providing office support in Investment Banking, Community counselling, and counselling survivors of Domestic abuse. I am aware of and understand the pressures and challenges of working in outcome driven environments. Within my counselling sessions, my past work and life experiences allow me to bring empathy and understanding to my clients whilst recognising that each person’s experience is unique to them.
