Based in private practice in Bewdley, Worcestershire, I offer a supportive and inclusive space where children, young people and adults can talk through difficulties at their own pace. I work with people experiencing a range of challenges, including anxiety, stress, low mood, overwhelm, life changes, trauma and loss. My approach is person-centred, integrative and trauma-informed, recognising that everyone’s experiences and needs are different. I also have extensive experience supporting neurodiverse individuals and a particular interest in women’s wellbeing. Personal therapy is also available for counselling students.
The heart of my work is grounded in the person-centred approach, but also considers other theories and modalities allowing me to become an integrative therapist. I value each individual’s uniqueness, strengths, and capacity for growth, and believe that true healing happens within a safe, non-judgemental relationship where you feel heard and accepted.
I offer the flexibility of face to face, online, and telephone sessions, giving you greater choice of access to mental health support. I adapt my approach when supporting younger clients, incorporating elements of play and focusing on building a good relationship at the heart of supporting wider issues.
