My background is of a long standing NHS Professional who is dedicated to caring for others. I became a counsellor because it was an alternative way to help people and to build on a profession I love but within a different area. My focus is on creating a safe, non-judgemental and compassionate space where you can fully express, explore and experiment with any feelings, thoughts and emotions that you may be struggling with.
I work with many concerns which include anxiety and depression, grief and loss and family related issues. This can be individual counselling or couples.
