Often people come to therapy assuming there is something wrong with them. I am a firm believer that this is not true; there is not something wrong with you, there is just something wrong. It's okay to have doubts, it’s okay if life doesn’t make sense, it’s okay to not be sure who you are, at any age or stage. Often these thoughts are the ones that lead to the biggest growth. I know not everyone comes to therapy to change; sometimes it’s a tool to make sense of yourself, your past and hopes for the future, or sometimes it’s just a chance to have someone truly listen to you, perhaps for the first time.
If change is the goal, I know how hard it can be; change, no matter how positive, comes with loss, and I will guide you in making sense of the process. I am committed to providing a safe space without shame nor judgement. Focusing on agency, autonomy, and awareness, I want to empower you to make informed choices towards a more content and fulfilled life.
I provide accessible and inclusive counselling to a range of clients from different cultures and backgrounds. I have access to consistent supervision and continual professional development. I have completed additional relationship therapy training in order to work with couples.

Eating Disorder Support Group
This support group is for those suffering or recovering from any form of disordered or dysregulated eating, including preoccupation with weight loss or gain, food restriction, overeating, bingeing, purging. It can be incredibly isolating to struggle with food, eating, and body image issues, and this group will bring together people with both similar and different experiences to alleviate some of the shame and hopelessness often associated. I will explore some of the deeper root causes as well as offer a supportive space to process and connect, whilst helping to make meaning of a life with and without dysregulated eating.
