I am a trainee Humanistic and Integrative psychotherapist offering a warm, safe and accepting space. Holding space thoughtfully and in the knowledge that it is your inner wisdom we are cultivating together, I can offer low cost weekly in-person 50 minute sessions. You can expect me to be sensitive and non-judgemental of whatever you bring. My role on your therapeutic journey will be to help you unravel how you've got here and work with you to understand how best to move forward.
My integrative training means drawing on a range of different approaches to help you look at and unpick difficult emotions, thoughts and behaviours. Working together we'll explore how your past experiences may be impacting your feelings and current needs, helping you notice how you relate to yourself and others.
My wholehearted belief in the power of psychotherapy, is rooted in the outlook that we all have the capacity to grow into our true selves. ​Grounded in empathy and honesty, my approach is built on the belief that change is possible. Send me an email and we can arrange an initial session.
