Hi, my name is Holly - I am an Integrative Counsellor with a specialist interest in working in the areas of sexual abuse, shame and identity. An example of clients that I may see at my practice (but are not limited to) are survivors who have experienced any form of sexual violence, their loved ones, sex workers and those impacted by sexually intrusive thoughts, images or compulsions. I also work with clients who have challenges with or are looking to explore different aspects of their identity.
I offer a safe, open and inclusive space where you can come as your authentic self. As your therapist I will be present, you will be met with compassion and kindness, and have the freedom to explore your deepest thoughts at a suitable pace. I work integratively meaning I use a range of counselling techniques that I adapt to each client's individual needs.
Therapy is an opportunity to develop a counselling relationship where you feel held, which is collaborative, transparent and respectful.
