I support adults and young people to better understand themselves, their relationships, and their place in the world using a mix of creative tools, play, story and embodiment. If you find yourself feeling stuck in a particular 'role' or 'story' in your life and you're looking for a change, then working with me could help. Maybe you're looking to feel a greater sense of connection with yourself and others, improve your confidence, process some challenging emotions, inject some joy back into your life, or need help unblocking your creativity. I always aim to help my clients live a more expressive, engaged and meaningful life.
My approach is to be warm, thoughtful, and intuitive. I believe we all hold the key to our own healing and I use a range of creative tools to help you understand your unique experience and emotional landscape better. I also draw on archetype theory and personality theory to help you recognise where you are in your own individual journey.
