I am a qualified Integrative Therapist, working in private practice both online and in-person. I have an Advanced Diploma in Humanistic Integrative Counselling and am a registered member of the BACP. I work relationally, using different modalities according to my clients' needs, including Psychodynamic, Person Centred, Transactional Analysis and CBT. I have experience of working with adults of all ages and diverse backgrounds, with a range of different issues, including relationships, family issues, trauma, suicide, bereavement, self-esteem, illness, life transitions, pregnancy and childbirth, adoption and neurodiversity.
We all have difficult times in our lives, but we may not know exactly why we feel a certain way or how best to cope. I aim to provide a warm and safe space where I welcome, listen and support all my clients without judgement. Central to my work is building a trusting relationship, working alongside you so that together we can explore these concerns.
I believe that everyone deserves to live a fulfilling and meaningful life. It is through this process of gaining greater insight and clarity that you can focus on more positive thoughts and actions. and in turn bring about any changes you may wish to make.
