I am a clinical psychologist registered with the HCPC. I specialise in working with children, young people, families and adults. I have over 10 year’s experience working therapeutically with individuals with complex mental health difficulties. I work from an integrative perspective drawing on attachment theory and neuroscience, helping to support individuals with emotional regulation, building healthy relationships and teaching individuals new coping strategies.
