Many of the people I support feel overwhelmed, self‑critical, or unsure who they are beneath years of masking. Others are navigating the emotional impact of a new diagnosis, or trying to make sense of why life has felt harder than it seems for everyone else. Some are living with chronic pain that feels tied to stress, trauma or sensory overload.
I’m a Clinical Psychologist, specialising in ADHD, Autism, trauma and chronic pain. I was diagnosed with ADHD at 38, and this experience shapes the way I work. I understand the mix of relief, grief and clarity that can come with a late diagnosis, and the exhaustion of trying to fit into a world that wasn’t built with your needs in mind.
My approach is neurodiversity‑affirming, trauma‑informed and compassion‑focused. I adapt therapy to your sensory and emotional needs, and I work gently and collaboratively so you can move at a pace right for you. You don’t need a formal diagnosis to begin, just a sense that you want things to feel different.
