I work a lot with people dealing with anxiety, overthinking, low self-esteem, and feeling lost or directionless. Together, we work to understand what’s been keeping you stuck and find practical, realistic ways to help you feel calmer, clearer, and more in control of your life. My approach is collaborative and focused. That means we don’t just talk—we gently work towards meaningful change.
