Freedom is that time in space when you are allowed to be truly yourself – a time to do what you want, when you want it and not be shackled by others agenda’s. This singular word is extremely precious and valuable to me because there have been times when I felt I had no freedom. My aim is to work with you in a holistic way, taking into account mind, body and spirit. My training allows me to tailor make the therapy to you at any individual time. Hi, I'm an integrative counsellor/therapist, I'm an accredited MBACP Reg. and MNCS Reg. therapist. I offer 1:1 therapy, couples therapy and family therapy via zoom or face to face appointments in my private practice. It can feel quite daunting to see a counsellor, so I provide an initial free 50 minute in-take session for you to discuss your issues and any concerns you may have about your counselling journey. The in-take session will give the opportunity for me the counsellor and you the client, time to explore what you want from this process. Then together we can decide if you want to continue the proccess as me as your therapist.

I offer a calm, confidential and non-judgmental space in which to talk over whatever's troubling you, either as an individual (£60) or as a couple (£75). I am also a clinical supervisor (£60). Sometimes, people think their problems aren't big enough to warrant counselling, or are too big for someone else to cope with, but if there’s something that’s getting in the way of you leading your life the way you want, we can look at that together. Or there may be one particular event in your life which is affecting you which we can explore so you get a good understanding of how it affects you, and the changes you might like to make.
