If you are feeling lost or overwhelmed by past, present, or future concerns, I can offer a warm, non-judgmental space to explore these experiences at your own pace. I have practiced therapeutically for over 7 years, and I am highly experienced in working across diverse socio-cultural backgrounds and settings- including the NHS and Third-sector organisations. I have a BSc & MSc in Psychology, and I am nearing completion of my Doctoral Training in Counselling Psychology & Psychotherapy. My clinical work is confidentially and robustly supported by a highly qualified and experienced Clinical Supervisior.
My approach is integrative and trauma-informed, drawing from Psychodynamic and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) models. I am deeply curious about the 'Whole' person, their unconscious mind, methods of coping, Values system, early experiences and later relationship patterns. I work collaboratively and consider the therapeutic relationship throughout.
