I know what it is like to have mental health issue. I am wounded healer myself. I have a grown up daughter who had suffered severe depression in her life. I am really keen to work with BAME community. Being an Asian, I totally empathise with current trauma that is being experienced within the community.

I am a Clinical Psychologist with over 20 years of experience working within Mental Health Teams, and with individuals with chronic mental health conditions. I currently work privately and in the NHS. The majority of my expertise is in assessing and treating children & young per and adults experiencing a wide range of psychological, emotional, relational and physical health difficulties. These often include people who have experienced trauma in their lives, who struggle in their relationship(s), or who have been through difficult life transitions. I have a specialist interest In relational therapies, including systematic approaches.
