I offer short and medium-term counselling focusing on specific issues, and longer-term psychotherapy exploring more deeply entrenched problems which often have their roots in our early life and relationships. As a psychosynthesis psychotherapist I work within an inclusive, holistic context that encompasses all levels and dimensions of human experience.
If you contact me, I'll usually suggest arranging an exploratory session, which gives us an opportunity to meet, see how it is to work together and decide how many sessions might be needed. This is charged at my normal rate, but I also offer the possibility of an initial conversation (up to 15 minutes) online or by telephone, for which there is no charge.
