Hello, my name is Hilary, and I am a counselling psychologist who is passionate about supporting individuals on their journey towards improved mental health and personal growth. Grounded in humanistic values, I hold a deep respect for each person’s individuality and their potential to overcome life’s challenges Having completed my training at Glasgow Caledonian University, I aim to dedicate my career to helping individuals navigate life’s difficulties with compassion and care.

I take a flexible and collaborative approach to therapy, tailoring each session to suit your unique needs and circumstances. My aim is to provide a safe, supportive, and compassionate environment where we can explore your experiences together and work towards meaningful change.
